Ray Hansen
Director of Operations
Ray has been in the satellite and cable industry for over 20 years. Starting as a technician, becoming a trainer for Directv, and moving into management. He has experience in Digital and RF headend systems and is trained and certified in Dish Network Smartbox and Directv Comm systems. Ray coordinates and works with the customers and technicians on all jobs. He manages inventory and procurement.
As a retired Army veteran, Ray brings attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude to the office.
Outside of work, he advocates for the VA, helping other disabled veterans learn what services are available to them. He is married with two children and two grandkids.
Renee Orsak
Accounts Receivable / Administrative Assistant
With over 10 years of customer service and administrative experience, Renee brings a level of excellence and expectation to the team. She has a colorful background in just about every field which gives her an edge when it comes to ingenuity.
She is an avid learner with a willingness to grow at every opportunity, with the heart to serve, and supports the team wherever needed. With a degree in Video Production, she has a creative eye for design and understands the power of networking.
When she is not working, she enjoys being outdoors with her daughter, reading, and serving at her local church.
